Develop & Refine Specific Dreams.
Launch your dreams with planful execution.
Black youth are less likely to graduate from college, which leads to less lifetime earning potential. Only 39% of Black college students graduate in 6 years (NCES, 2012). Job growth in STEM is twice as fast as non-STEM sectors (ESA, 2011), but Black students earned only 8% of all STEM bachelors degrees in 2010. As more jobs require a college degree and STEM specialization, minority youth need skills and support for success. Dream With Hope Foundation provides this support through S.T.E.A.M. (Science. Technology. Engineering. Art. Math). We integrate art and design to make STEM relatable, practical, and all around fun.
"S.T.E.A.M. uses the arts as an on-ramp to STEM for underrepresented students.”

The 1-1-1 Partnership Model (a Salesforce Foundation innovation) leverages 1% of a company’s product, 1% of their profits, and 1% of their time where executives and employees volunteer together, serving our youth with the products and services in programs that they support financially.
